SciMac 16mm PTFE Sheathed Stirrer Rods have a outer diameter of 16mm with an outer tolerance of +.005 -.005″ with a 10mm 316 stainless steel core. A perfect alternative to glass for those applications where the purity of all PTFE is desirable with the added strength of Stainless Steel. Shafts have a 1.5″-2.0” Exposed SS top for secure gripping to stirring motor or universal adapter. (PN-2025) Use with our PTFE Compression hub agitators or have a custom agitator securely pinned to the shaft. When placing an order please include your exact length requirements.
