User/Purchaser shall indemnify and hold SciMac, employees, harmless from and against all claims, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from or in connection with the transport, storage, sale or use of Products, or resulting from Purchaser’s transgression of the Agreement, or arising from the negligence, recklessness or misconduct of the User/Purchaser.

Except as otherwise implicitly provided in these Terms, SciMac shall not be financially responsible, nor be liable to User/Purchaser or any person or entity for any claim, damage or loss arising out of the Products on the Website. In addition, SciMac’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of Products acquired via the Website. their nature.
