SciMac PTFE Sheathed Stirrer Rods have a 19mm Precision machined outer PTFE Sheath. The outer tolerance of +.000 -.003″ provides a good seal in your stirrer bearing. This style has a Hollow inner core of 316 stainless steel seamless tubing with a welded closed top creating a lighter shaft. Shafts have a 2” exposed stainless steel top for secure gripping to stirring motor or universal adapter. (PN-2025) Use with our PTFE Compression hub agitators or have a custom agitator permanently attached to the shaft. Code H = Hollow shaft core with welded shut ends creating a lighter shaft.
