Set of 3 Perfluoro- Perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) O-Rings for Hi-Vac Valves Tip and Barrel Seal for SM-570, 970, 960, 430, 420 High Vacuum Valves. Perfluoro is one of the most thermally stable elastomeric materials available. Heat resistant up to 320°C (608°F) with cold flexibility -18°C to -26°C (0°F to -15°F). Designed to provide superior chemical resistance to Aliphatic, aromatic hydrocarbons, Chlorinated hydrocarbons, Polar solvents (ketones, esters, ethers), Inorganic and organic acids, Water and steam with High vacuum with minimal loss in weight. Not compatible with Fluorinated refrigerants and Perfluorinated lubricants.
