Replacement O-Ring kits for SM-570, 970, 960, 430, 420 High Vacuum Valve. Kit includes 3 tip Viton O-Rings and 6 stem Viton O-Rings. Suitable for acids, aliphatic hydrocarbons, oxidizing agents and all petroleum products. Viton has a low compression set and high temperature resistance. Viton is especially good for vacuum service and low gas permeability and has a useful temperature range of -30 to 200º C.
