Grease Free PTFE® bearing that is designed for moderate vacuum pressures up to 10-6. Bearing consists of a threaded glass adapter with a standard taper inner joint, PTFE body bushing with a compression cap, Rulon Saddle O-Ring, locking nut, FPM washer, and a 10mm precision PTFE® inner bearing. The Rulon saddle O-Ring provides longer wear, Rulon is a reinforced PTFE Compound (Semi-Crystalline Thermoplastic Fluoropolymer). The design of the bearing allows replacement of the PTFE® precision bore inner bearing and/or the Rulon® saddle O-Ring at a fraction of the total unit cost. For use with polished 10mm glass stirrer shafts. Replacement Parts are available.
