SciMac Fine Control High Vacuum Valve, PTFE Capped O-Rings, Glass Barrel
The SciMac original Covered O-Ring design High Vacuum Valve provides an excellent vacuum tight seal without exposing any material other than PTFE to the contents of the system. The fine control Straight Glass Barrel has our exclusive diamond ground fine threads providing finer control and to assure a precise seal. The PTFE valve stem has a formed PTFE tip O-Ring allowing for only PTFE exposure at the primary seal. Our unique reverse double thread design allows the control cap and valve stem to operate like a one-piece component with the ability to replace the valve plug stem. 400 series High Vacuum Valves are designed to be used in high vacuum applications up to 5 x 10-7 Torr.
