SciMac’s Original PTFE Capped O-Ring design High Vacuum Valve Plug and control cap. SciMac’s original Chemical resistant PTFE Capped O-Ring Design has become an industry standard. Our plug features an integral PTFE tip O-Ring, preventing O-Ring material exposure to your system at the primary seal. Our unique reverse double thread design allows the control cap and valve stem to operate like a one-piece component with the ability to replace the valve plug stem. Fits all 400 series Glass barrels. See SM-400 for glass portion only. SM-460 Replacement stems are compatible with CG Chem-Cap® Valves.
